On behalf of the students, we have the honour to state that we have no facilities for reading newspapers and playing indoor games in the common room of our school. Newspaper reading is essential to father knowledge of the out world. And to keep physically fit, indoor games are also necessary. Presently we are passing our free time in gossiping. So, we are in need of the above facilities.

We therefore, request you to take proper steps to provide us with newspapers and indoor games facilities .
